*my how thingz can change right? well, i've changed my mind about the 'outdoor' wedding. the reasons being #1 it will be the fall. it is still pretty warm here in october but thingz are dying..thatz just the truth..so it wouldn't be as pretty as an outdoor wedding in the spring or summer. #2 it makes thingz more complicated. you have to worry about renting a specific area of a garden that will fit your specific number of people and in my case, it will be about 50 people. aaand you have to rent chairs. #3 it is very difficult and expensive to have the ceremony AND reception outside. #4 WHAT IF IT RAINZ?? <---thatz a big, scary one. SO, we had been looking at places in Raleigh (an hour away) -not churches but some kind of nice building. i had looked up this place online called Cafe Luna in Raleigh. itz a cute restaurant that has small roomz for hosting small weddings. i noticed that they charged $300 for the ceremony (not tooo tooo bad). so we traveled over there (should have just called) because we find out that yes, the ceremony is $300 BUT they require you to have the reception there...so once all the catering and set-up is over with, it would cost around $2,000 sooooooo that idea was OUT. my arms are in the air. today, i surrendered to having a church wedding in my area. sammy's grandmother recommended her church in Momeyer which is about a half our away. we drove by it today and i have to say, it is pretty cute and the best part is...therez a reception hall right there! we don't know yet how much they will charge us. here's hoping it won't be much! crossing my fingerz....hoping to die...sticking a nee....well, you know... :)*

EnGaGeMenT :)
*i am engaged as of march 16th to my frog prince, samuel mclean. i am really excited and happy. i'm planning my wedding for october 18th. i have alwayz wanted a fall wedding so letz hope i can get it all planned out. i want it to be outside in a garden and i have a couple places in mind. we are pretty non-traditional and on a budget so he gave me a necklace instead of a ring and i love it :D Baci il mio asino sammy!*
